Service Description
The ultimate weekly reset! Each session includes gentle stretches and relaxation for you, baby yoga stretches and play activities for your little one and finishes with a gentle mini sound bath. Each session lasts around 45-60 minutes with an additional FREE voluntary half an hour's social time with pastries and drinks. Included: welcome gift, digital wellbeing handouts, notebook and pen, hot drinks and snacks. Maximum of 6 parents and babies per group. FOR OUR NOVEMBER TERM, THE DATES ARE: TUESDAY 18TH AND 25TH NOVEMBER AND 2ND AND 9TH DECEMBER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESERVE A SPACE, PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH US.
