Bond is all about building and strengthening connections. The connection between you and your baby, both before and after they arrive, the connection you have with your birth partner...and with yourself.

Our classes and group sessions also provide the chance to connect with other parents-to-be or parents and carers, to share experiences, support one another and form friendships.
