Its education month at The Nurture Studio and we are bringing you a series of workshops to make your life easier as a parent! If you ask any parent what the biggest transition is when it comes to having a new baby, most will say sleep (or lack of it!). We have therefore put together an extra cute session packed with advice and tips to help you and your little one get more (much needed) sleep. This session includes a bedtime baby massage routine and a relaxing baby yoga routine. What's more, we will have sleep expert Alex from Lightzzz Out who will be sharing her knowledge and answering any questions. To make this session even more special, JP Photography will be there offering mini bedtime themed photoshoot. * Feel free to bring your little one in some cute pyjamas! Afterwards, sit back and get to know the other local mums in the group and enjoy a hot chocolate (with all the toppings) and a sweet treat. Suitable for mums and their babies aged from birth to 10 months old.
